The congress, organised by the Malaysian Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons (MAPACS), carried the theme 'Science & Innovation Meet Art' and brought together specialist plastic surgeons from Malaysia and internationally — including invited speakers from the United States, Italy, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, and Cambodia.
