Dr. Ng offers three approaches to breast enlargement: implant-based augmentation using Motiva Ergonomix®, implant-based augmentation using Mentor® implants, and natural fat transfer using Waterjet-assisted liposuction (Body-Jet®). Breast ptosis - sagging of the breast - is a natural result of aging, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and weight changes. The breast loses its youthful elevation and shape, with the nipple often drooping below the breast crease. A mastopexy (breast lift) restores a naturally elevated, firmer breast contour without necessarily changing the overall breast volume.
Dr. Ng can combine a breast lift with augmentation (implant of fat grafting) or reduction where volume correction is also desired.
